    In this module you will learn about setting intentions for the next 6 weeks, hacks to improve your success as you chase your health goals, and you’ll be introduced the the anti-inflammatory Balancing Diet that everyone will begin on April 25th.

  • April 24th at 12 or 7 PM CT

    This is the day before the anti-inflammatory Balancing Diet officially begins as a group. This week you will learn about how your digestive system works, and what you can do to optimize your gut health.

  • May 1st at 12 or 7 PM CT

    By this time you should be past the sugar-detoxing effects of the Balancing Diet, and ready to learn about the impact sugar has on the body. We’ll dive deeper into topics like sugar cravings, and identifying hidden sugar in your food.

  • May 8th at 12 or 7 PM CT

    By this point, you should be experiencing a significant decrease in inflammation throughout your body! it’s the perfect time to learn what caused the inflammation, and how to avoid ever having it come back!

  • May 15th at 12 and 7 PM

    In this module, we’ll talk about how to support your body to naturally detoxify. There’s no need for a restrictive juice fast to feel amazing. You’ll learn some simple, daily hacks that can easily be added to your lifestyle.

    This week also marks the end of the 21-day Balancing Diet, and that’s worth celebrating! You’ll learn what to do next so that you do not reverse all of your hard work and healing.

  • May 22nd at 12 or 7 PM CT

    This module is designed to provide ongoing support so that you don’t lose all of the good habits that you instilled during the program.
